What happens after you hit send

  1. Paste

    Drop in the link to your current site, or to one you admire, plus an email address. That is the whole form.

  2. Review

    Matthew goes through your site page by page and replies with which package fits and what it would cost. Nothing is billed at this step.

  3. Build

    A $100 refundable deposit starts it. We rebuild your site in your own code, on a domain in your name.

  4. Test-drive

    You walk through the finished site, up to a full day, before paying the balance. If it is not right, the deposit comes back.

Questions people ask before switching

Does my domain move with me?

Yes. If you bought it through Squarespace or Wix, we walk you through pointing it at the new site or transferring it out. It stays in your name either way.

What happens to my old site?

Nothing until the new one is live. You keep the builder running until the switch is done, then cancel it. There is no gap.

Will I lose my Google ranking?

We keep your page addresses where we can and redirect the ones that change, so search engines follow you to the new site.

What if I do not like the rebuild?

You test-drive the finished site before paying the balance. If it is not right, the $100 deposit is refundable.

I do not have a site yet. Can I still use this?

Yes. Pick "Build from a site I like" and paste any site whose look fits you. It does not have to be yours; we use it as a starting point, not a copy. Prefer to start from a blank page instead? The packages on the For Starters page walk you through that.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You send a link and an email address. Everything after that is a conversation.
