Health milestones (Full Launch):Full Launch sites are verified against our comprehensive manual checklist — functionality, security, performance (90+ Lighthouse scores for Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO), browser compatibility, and production readiness. After launch, you can track every health milestone live in your Mission Control portal's Health tool.
Bug fixes:Full Launch includes one year of bug fixes. If something we built breaks, we fix it free. (Changes and new features are separate — that's what Claude, your on-site assistant, is for.)
Ongoing changes: Both packages include 30 days of free use of Claude — the best AI in the business — as your personal on-site assistant, so day-to-day changes — new text, new sections, updated pricing — happen through your portal in plain English. No hourly invoices for small tweaks.
Third-party accounts (Stripe):If your build includes Stripe payments, the Stripe account itself must be opened and verified by you — Stripe's onboarding requires personal identifiable information (tax details, EIN, bank account) that we will never handle for you. We send a step-by-step guide right after checkout, and once you provide the three connection keys it asks for, we wire everything up and test it. Your build can't be completed — and the test-drive clock doesn't start — until your Stripe account is verified, so our time estimates exclude that wait.
Ownership timeline: During the build, we maintain control to ensure everything works. Upon final payment, all code, repositories, and accounts become yours and you are completely independent — pay in full and the day you pay is the day you own. On a payment plan, it's your final installment — until then you run the site with full editing and publishing control as its manager, and we simply hold the keys. Either way, your site never gets taken down over a late payment.
